Nice and professional staff, I wanted to change to this bank, unfortunately we did not agree with the offered conditions. Nevertheless, this was received nicely.

The customer service on the phone is not so helpful, in my case it was helpful to pass by personally. My request was cleared at the counter directly by a young man, within 2 minutes. I do not know if the woman on the phone customer service did not know or just did not want to help me to solve my problem. I therefore advise every customer to go by in person instead of calling there, who have no idea at all just an embarrassing thing.
