Complete failure in service. For 3 days I have been trying to get the brief information about a bank report. A 1-minute exercise for the bank. For a variety of reasons the bank has not been able to complete this basic task for 3 days. 3 calls, notes you left and a callback request. As of now: still no info. The only thing that runs on time here is the debiting of the account management fee. I don't even want to start talking about real estate financing. Those who can should move elsewhere or not become a customer here at all.

Very unfriendly bank employee (Mr. Kunert). Doesn't let the savings bank customer finish speaking, issues inappropriate allegations and, last but not least, he waved his hands around wildly and noted to end the discussion. When I pointed out that the customer was king and he should let me finish speaking, I was told I wasn't a customer (because Sparkasse Duisburg), yes, but Sparkasse customer! Check was not recognized as such. Service 0, friendliness and helpfulness 0, luckily not a Bottrop customer. If I were a principal bank customer here, I would switch directly. Never again!!! Full of shock I felt like complaining to the info.

Little or poor service. I had to deal with Sparkasse Bottrop twice in the last year and in both cases I noticed them unpleasantly. The first time, because I had to pay craftsmen and the ATM only spit out small bills, I wanted to change € 500 into larger bills ... that would only be possible for customers ... uh great service. I was asked by Spk Essen and Spk Gelsenkirchen customer ... they told me they would do that for up to € 500. In the second case my wife wanted to move her account from Gelsenkirchen to Bottrop. Since I have already done something like this at Spk Essen and Gelsenkirchen and it was really quick and unproblematic, I thought it would work in Bottrop too ... but puff cake ... No, of course, this is only possible with an appointment ... Conclusion after the move After Bottrop we prefer to stay in Essen and Gelsenkirchen with our accounts. We don't have to have desert service.
