I signed a home savings contract with him and he wanted to do everything for me. 3 weeks later we had another appointment when he just didn't show up (I finished work extra early). I did not receive the VL bonus on my first pay slip, which is why he wanted to take care of it again. An appointment was also made, on which he also did not appear. According to his statement, he was on vacation, but has not reported since. After the 2nd pay slip, I still haven't received a VL bonus. I found out from my employer that I still have no VL contract. The money was already withdrawn twice from my account, which I then booked back and canceled the contract directly at Schwäbisch Hall. Last week I contacted him and he dismissed all guilt with the words "You were too impatient" and "I sent everything". He kept interrupting me during the call and denying my allegations, and that with a very angry tone. When asked about my lost € 120, he did not feel responsible for it and showed no guilt, but blamed it on my "prematurity", although the VL_ premium cannot be paid retrospectively by the employer. So the € 80 of the first two months was lost anyway. The 40 € from the 3rd month also, since there was no longer enough time to conclude and submit a new VL contract. I am very disappointed with Mr. Atabay and thus also the Schwäbisch Hall, especially because Mr. Atabay made a serious impression at the beginning, but later turned out to be very unreliable and uncooperative.
