Ich hatte ein sehr nettes Gespräch mit Frau Jurjahn. Sie ist eine außerordentlich hilfsbereite und kompetente Mitarbeiterin. Sie geht auf jegliche Wünsche ein, soweit es irgend möglich ist. Fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr gute Beratung!

I have been a very satisfied online customer for years. We were always served and advised in a very friendly, courteous and above all competent manner during the on-site appointments (financing, account change, etc.) that were required. Never had the feeling that they wanted to sell us any additional services that were not needed, but rather it was always conveyed to us that we as customers, with our needs and requirements, are the focus of all efforts.

Very pleasant and competent employee. Ms. Arenja responds to the wishes of the customers and takes enough time for every concern. Exceptionally good advice, helpful and very human. I can really recommend it without hesitation :-)

Very friendly staff, h help their customers financially as much as possible. I have been a customer there for three years and very satisfied, although it was always said that the Targobank was not that good, but I say the opposite.
