Were there today with our grandma to get the free masks and medication. The pharmacist was very friendly and took a lot of time to advise. Unfortunately, this is often no longer the case. You feel in good hands. My grandma has been collecting her medication there for a long time. We will continue to recommend this pharmacy with all our hearts. Top!
A young gentleman at the counter took 5, - for pills, which according to the prescription were free of charge. Since I rarely have to redeem prescriptions, I didn't think about anything else and pay ..
When I later redeemed the same recipe at the store in Real, it didn't cost anything. I asked why it cost something in the Ertl branch. She could already guess what happened there ... Well.
Conclusion: Better go to the branch in Real. Better opening times, nice and honest ladies at the bar. I will gladly accept the 2 minute detour in the future.
I really enjoy shopping at the Vitale Apotheke im Ertl. The pharmacists always took their time and gave me good advice, no matter how many questions I had. I will gladly come again.
