Great workout! If you don't feel like doing monotonous training, you've come to the right place. Varied training with great people! You get picked up quickly and it's really great fun. There is currently online training tailored to the home.
Finally a sensible training that pushes the limits. Great trainer and varied exercises! I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to achieve their sporting goals.
