You shouldn't be afraid to come over. Crossfit sounds violent at first! At the beginning I was also shy and wavered for months, whether it was the right thing for me, whether I had any fun not being able to keep up with all the sports cannons. Despite the fact that you train in a group and everyone is at a different level, you have a lot of fun training. You quickly notice your personal progress and become extremely ambitious to build on the level of the previous week and compete a little with others. And that's exactly what it's about. It's about personal goals, personal development. Everyone gets individual attention there! And that's exactly what makes this box. I was absolutely convinced that the coaches had the names of ALL participants from day one, including those of the new ones. The trainers have a really good eye for everyone and the training is always scaled appropriately. We also reliably provide feedback on what is positive and what is less positive. The reception by older members is also very great. I can only recommend everyone to register for a trial session, especially since it is free and non-binding.
