I have already redeemed several recipes worth hundreds of euros here. But what I experienced on Friday, April 3rd, 19 knocked the bottom out of the barrel. I bought non-prescription items for well over 40 euros and asked for a hand cream sample after payment. The older of the colleagues tapped the Paclung tempo quite naturally and said arrogantly that she had already done something for free. After I said I just wanted a sample of a hand cream, I was told in a harsh tone "you shouldn't expect so much". I was fed up in the worst manner and that after I had already bought recipes in the high 4-digit range and further non-prescription products in the high 3-digit range there I found this behavior to be absolutely inappropriate. That was the last time I bought there! Absolutely not to be recommended! The boss is absolutely competent, nice and kind to his customers, but the employee of an older age unfortunately breaks everything!

Totally overpriced ... and the older colleague is very unfriendly, not helpful or courteous and also gives pampy answers. Wasn't the first time either: - /

Probably the worst pharmacy in Bamberg! Why? Therefore: - Been there 4x to get something for the kids, either without a prescription or directly with a prescription - it was never available there, it was the usual medication and that as a pharmacy, which is located directly at the KKH - grotty opening time: at 6pm it is over and that as a pharmacy, which is located directly at the KKH - No parking spaces in the immediate vicinity At least they are friendly, that's why 1 star
