Sometimes poor service, it depends a lot on which pharmacist you get caught, had an emergency where we dropped the medication that has to be taken daily & is also picked up monthly at this pharmacy, which was always on our customer card and had to beg for the medication .

I gave my prescription 2 weeks ago and said that my medicine would be there the next day. But far from it. I should be glad that I could at least get the generics you wanted to give me. After returning the generics it was agreed that I should get a strip from another packaging size to bridge the gap. But this should also be ordered and I should get informed if it is there. Today called there and only through my request ever learned that their wholesaler can not deliver it yet, why you, although it is known that I urgently need the drug, have also not called ... Customer service looks different!
