1 ticket office occupied for half an hour and only 1 more open ... all small branches closed ... so long queue in the parking lot after 19 years, I will therefore cancel my account because it was not the first time.
Then you get snippy answers ... I can bring my money to other places, there are enough banks !!!!
I just think the ksk is terrible. Data protection is zero, because you can see everything, how much the person in front of you withdraws at the counter and how much he still has on the bank account ... really terrible, these open counters ... I can't understand because here data protection cannot be observed at all ...
My partner and I had wonderfully detailed, first-class advice from and through Ms. Hettwer today. She took the time to address our concerns and wishes and gave us the best possible advice.
