Soft spoken people if you go to other western union kiosk like in Frechen they are rude and don't talk properly

If it would give 10 stars then I would also give 10 stars, very friendly owner and staff, I can recommend this kiosk to everyone, I had a problem with a transfer via the Western Union Bank .. it was a letter in the wrong place and The recipients of the money in another country had problems getting the money paid out because of this one letter twist, I immediately described the problem to the kiosk owner before the opening time and he did me the pleasure of fixing the error, it was my fault that I wrote the letter wrong. The owner could also have said, no, I don't do this during the opening hours but he helped me a lot because in the other country the recipient of the money would no longer have access to the sum if the owner had only opened during the regular opening hours, and on the other hand they would have closed the Western Union, it was a matter of minutes .. you can also talk to him about any topic, he has an open ear for everything, I immediately felt comfortable. The kiosk now has a new regular customer, I then have to drive a few km more but I am very happy to accept that. That was a longer description as normal but I had to say that.
