I had my first trial session today and was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated. Maria as a trainer is great. Now it will be closed due to Corona, but as soon as it is open again, I'll be back. I have problems with my intervertebral discs and my knees, but everything is great. Maria trains the problem areas directly, on certain devices, demonstrates them so that you can do it correctly, constantly checks, and I can hardly wait to continue training. I can only recommend this gym, my husband has been going there for months and is thrilled because many older people also train there.

Very good gym. Nice staff, the owner is great too. Have been going here for several years now and I am very satisfied :) The only thing that is annoying is that some visitors "reserve" the equipment with towels, to be honest, find that pretty outrageous, but that's probably the case in every studio.
