If you are interested in EMS and a proper introduction, this is the right place for you.

The training is still fun after years. Great coach and great training effects.
Helps me colossal
Since a herniated disc in 2014, I have had severe back pain that can only be endured with pain relievers. Since no orthopedist and physiotherapist has been able to help me so far, I looked for alternative treatment methods and came across EMS via the Internet. The result after my first two units with Kerpen body shapes is remarkable: immediately after the application, the pain was blown away both times. Although they creep back in over time, I am confident that I can achieve a significant improvement in the long term with EMS and be able to live without medication again. EMS is a gift for me - I am very grateful for that! The competent advice, the feel-good atmosphere and the personable trainer are the icing on the cake for me. For these reasons 5 stars- I recommend Kerpen body shapes without limitation.
