Clearly Power Pilates with a great well-being factor.
Angela attends each participant individually and gets everything out.
I've never trained so intensely and with such a quick success experience. Highly recommended!
Angela is a super competent, attentive and sensitive trainer.
She takes enough time and deals individually with the needs of the participants. The health and wellbeing of the individual are very important to Angela. Absolutely no mass operation!

I feel very much at home with Angela and I can only recommend her courses to anyone who wants to do something good for themselves and their bodies.

Finally a great offer with quick training results for mothers with babies. I particularly liked that the special physical situation after the birth was also taken into account.
I do it myself or with Angela Pilates and I am thrilled! It's fun and Angela is a great trainer who also addresses and corrects people during exercises ... which is not always self-evident in sports classes. I can only recommend Pilates with Angela ... nice atmosphere !!

Angela manages to respond to each individually, adjusts all exercises to the fitness level of each exerciser and corrected very sensitively. It pushes to peak performance without overstraining - MEGA !!!
