That was a very special cooking class, I can only recommend! In a small and very friendly atmosphere a lot of knowledge about Ayurveda is taught. It was really fun, they give lots of tips and tricks on how to start right at home! I'm looking forward to the next course!

The cooking class at Maitri was sensational! Without studying straight away I learned the most important parameters and could integrate some of them into my daily life. On the one hand, the incredible morning Ayurvedic porridge provides me with the best in the morning and since I drink the Vata tea throughout the day, I personally feel differently. Clearly balanced, harmonized ... just great. All this after just one course. I hope to visit the baking course soon!
