The staff are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the Sparkasse guidelines are absolutely idiotic. You have to audition personally for every little thing.

Absolutely not to be recommended! I wouldn't open a bank account here anymore. I was charged over 70% too much for my credit card, then bills are sent to me by post, which I have tried several times in writing and also orally unsuccessfully to correct. As a result, confidential bank details were ultimately passed on to third parties. I have described the facts of the bank, no reaction. That on the subject of customer satisfaction. However, some employees are very friendly, hence a second star. Others roll their eyes when you call the word "online bank". Speaking of online bank. I am very satisfied with the DKB and can only recommend the DKB.

All ATMs and branches are closed and you have to get money in the supermarket. Parking in Lennep are also rather mau and much too small for big cars. Somehow this annoys beastly ....
