We wanted to open an account there because of the move, unfortunately we were deterred by very unfriendly employees. We should make an appointment for the account move which is also plausible but we were treated so arrogantly and unkindly that we then left. I still have an account with my old savings bank in Gelsenkirchen because you are still treated politely and nicely and not like an annoying unnecessary customer. I cannot recommend this savings bank.

I prefer not to give a star. At noon only a switch on. Everyone comes in the break to get things done quickly. I spent mine in the queue to the counter. Thank you . That sucks. Consider changing elsewhere
