Number of counters were cut in half, snakes of course longer, fees business account + 62% and noon this branch is now closed 2 hours - and the whole is scornfully advertised with "more time for them" ... 2 stars because the staff in this branch are nice ...

I find it always fascinating how far the fanciful claim of public relations with the everyday life of a savings bank gapes. The marketing advertises with the slogan "Enthusiasm is simple", the branch advertises according to the motto "I work according to regulations". On Wednesday after 12 o'clock in the best case still the postman is received, even if obviously no consultations of customers take place. Simple questions must then be handled via the specially installed in-house telephone with the headquarters in Elberfeld. I do not like that. Supplement from 17.9.2019 Dreamworld "Loyalty: - inaccessible via current account and identity card - Monorail - Savingsbox is not available for loyalty points (why?) - for monorail with 6.50 € no receipt can be issued. So be the rules.

Everything went well and as planned. A friendly customer service. Usually you have to stay here for at most 5 min. Wait and the customer service will greet you warmly. So the Sparkasse can only be recommended. ❤
