I have been going to the yoga class with Claudia for 3 years now and twice a week. In their lessons there are repetitions of the many different exercises, so that I can almost always find my inner peace with my eyes closed and absolutely relax. However, there are always new exercises to make these hours varied. Claudia's calm, loving and open nature contributes to a positive atmosphere. From time to time Marcus accompanies her lessons with his harmonium and mantra, which I enjoy very much. In addition, Claudia offers shiatsu massage, which I have used several times and have helped me a lot in many situations. For me an enrichment in my life, which I would never want to miss. Thank you Claudia and Marcus. Namaste.
