Thanks to the training, I have no back pain. Of course you have to stay on the ball and keep on training. The appliances are all clean and well maintained, this also applies to the changing area and the showers. Because team is professional and always friendly and funny. Parking is always enough right behind the hall. The price of the training is okay.

After the Corona reopening even better than before: an employee does nothing but constantly disinfect all devices, implementation of the restrictions through the online booking portal, good and easy to use. It's just a shame that not all customers understand this and just complain instead of thanking the employees for their efforts.

Since I started exercising regularly, the pain in the lumbar spine has decreased considerably. Only with the shoulders.
