The most amazing experience. Who knew I could work my body out in 20+ minutes so much. Its exactly what I need for my busy schedule. They also have the best recovery resources I have seen in a personal training gym. The Cryotherapy is so unique, the evo-cell really energized me and the stemowell was the best massage therapy I have gotten in my life! Jemima is by far the best part of this place. She made me feel so special and worked with where I was at physically. We set our goals and already feel I am closer to my best shape ever.

A place where you are greeted in every way friendly and where I was explained with patience, what really matters at EMS. I was admittedly very skeptical about the question of why so much effort is spent here to lose a few pounds. But the concept convinces me. If somebody appears so holistically competent and still remains relaxed, then I like to drop my initial doubts.

A loyal customer for 3 years. Nothing gave me more mobility and strength in the back than this training. In the past, I often had back pain, which is now a thing of the past. Can I really recommend anyone who cares about his health.
