Went there this afternoon. I was lucky enough to meet 3 of the nice mechanics of the steam locomotive. Usually trains & Co are not my thing ..... but here I was somehow ... made curious. I was explained how a steam locomotive is driven and how it works. And also took nice pictures ... WORTH A VISIT IN ANY CASE

The association cares in honorary work for the preservation of the Wuppertalbahn. The tracks of this route are still close to the dam wall of the Wuppertal dam. Due to the extensive work on the bridges and retaining walls, there is still no railway operation.
