There is no response to friendly inquiries via email and after the fourth telephone call without result and callback I also doubt that this company is organized in any way. Just disappointing and not recommended.

The air heat pump in our house has been running on electricity for a month because of the defective outdoor unit! Hupe knew about the defect from the start, but did nothing about it! Only after it got 15 degrees cold in our house and the air humidity rose to 75% did we respond to our request. Customer friendliness is different. Furthermore, people forgot to install radiators in the bathrooms, which I hope will be done later. According to Mr. Hupe, the customer is to blame for this misconduct. Update: As of today, our heating is working properly again. Mr. Hupe (son) took care of it personally today. Thank you.

I can only agree with the previous speaker. We only noticed by accident and a friend that our solar system does nothing. We have no idea about this and have relied on the specialist company. As a result, our heating has been running without solar for 2 years! When asked on the phone, the boss gets loud and rude. An impudence! We have still not received any trade fair reports. One referred to the property developer, although it would have been easy to send us the protocols .... if they exist at all .... Certainly not again with this company!
