Mr. Eiker has carried out the entire installation of the heating including underfloor heating and sanitary facilities as part of a new construction. We are very satisfied with all other trades. Only between Mr. Eiker and us it did not spark off. We found the approach of Mr. Eiker very disorganized. The comments are, as far as I can tell, technically ok. Visually a catastrophe from our point of view. Also the communication with Mr. Eiker is difficult. Decisions are often demanded at short notice over the telephone or you get arrears. All the other craftsmen had an on-site pre-construction briefing to show you what to do and how to do it. If we wanted something from Mr. Eiker that he did not like because of his own aesthetic or technical sensibilities, there were endless discussions. Anyway. I would not build with Eiker again.
