Old building but quite well suited and with a good-feeling vibe. Also the best shops in Remscheid

I’m wondering what the intended audience for this shopping mall is. It does look to me as a mix of many unrelated shops and it also doesn’t seem to fit into the rest of Remscheid. Nevertheless it is a shopping center which is a good thing to have around.
