Now everything becomes clear to me why EXACTLY THIS Sparkasse case is so unpopular with the many customers. 1. Very unfriendly and naughty staff to Sparkasse customers. 2. Not in the mood for work and customers. 3. Very unfriendly advice and help on the phone with the smallest questions. The lady on the phone was overwhelmed ... XDDD. No idea how to talk to customers ... and that with the monthly fees at the bank ... 2021 BYE SPARKASSE 🤫🤭😎🥳👋👎

ZERO stars !!!! When I asked: I accidentally sent money to the wrong IBAN, the following answer came up: yes, that's not my problem. Take care of it yourself. Absolutely cheeky to the power of ten !!!!!!

Sparkasse has again made its own goal with it, we as customers pay high account fees and the Sparkasse is closing further branches and running around. Simply disgusting development, I canceled my account, I prefer everyone to Commerzbank because Sparkasse is no longer different from Commerzbank, the advantage to Commerzbank is that you pay zero fees! And saves a lot of money!

Customer-friendly and solution-oriented staff. Friendly and clean branch hall with a glass roof. Parking garage under / behind the branch.
