The fitness studio was opened 3 months later (June 10th) than agreed (March 1st) the contractually agreed so-called all-inclusive service was never provided. I wanted to cancel my membership, after which I was informed that I had missed my notice period because the studio started on 01.03. counts, after legal advice I was confirmed that this is not correct ... little goodwill and empty promises ... I am already in contact with the consumer advice center in North Rhine-Westphalia, they want to take care of the case.

After initial difficulties, it is now a very well-run shop. Of course, there is still potential upwards if the site is expanded, but in view of the fact that the studio opened with a relatively young team during the pandemic, you can't really complain.

Really bad service, pay a little more and go to a decent studio. The savings are definitely not worth it. First of all, in contrast to other studios, there is zero information about how things will continue in Corona times and the contributions will be handled, unless you actively write yourself again and again and ask questions. Many of the services listed in the contract have never been offered since the opening (drinks, on-site courses, massage table, etc.), but recording in the mandatory voucher for these same parts of the contract is simply discussed away and you could perhaps talk about it at some point after the reopening. In addition, my termination was initially ignored (but other things were discussed in an answer), I had to point out my termination two more times until it was finally confirmed, I find that really really outrageous.

Unfortunately, the studio is still quite small, but should the casino move out, it will surely get the missing star

Today I was first. Antonia created a training plan for me and showed me devices. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Grade 1A👍👍👍👍👍
