Very friendly staff. The devices are varied and very modern. Even the changing rooms are always clean and the lockers have more than enough space

To recommend! The trainers are very nice, competent and happy to help. The training devices are modern and you have your own "key" (NFC), on which the personal training plan is saved, with which you can enter the sauna system, display the settings for the devices (ranks of motion, seat setting, weight) and others Can do things. You can just do a trial training, the trainers will be happy to tell you more. You can always get hold of your devices / weights, the selection of weights and devices is broad. Both untrained and the widest bodybuilders can train here. You can display on monitors how to do exercises, or ask trainers to avoid injuring yourself and / or making a fool of yourself. In addition, as a member you can take courses free of charge, have your body fat and body muscle percentage measured, ... As you hopefully have already realized, I could call "advantages" forever, but then this text would be far too long. Disadvantages: The only thing that could be criticized is that there is no protein shake subscription, which is a bitchy at a high level. Overcome your resistance to change and just give it a try. The worst thing that can happen is that you have been exercising and feeling fit.
