The company, Kaufmann has recently installed a new heating system with us. We felt well advised, the work was done well and expertly. When differences of opinion Mr. Kaufmann has always shown willing to compromise. We are completely satisfied with the excellent quality of the system and the good service.
We woke up in January at -7 degrees in the morning and the heating was broken. Thanks to Kaufmann we had 2 days later a new heater and the world was nice again. It is then very good if you are a regular customer and not every time 3 offers! Thanks to Harry and his team!
With us the company Kaufmann is here in the Kluskampstr. For 8 years our heating engineer of the first choice. Installation of a new heater has worked top. Adopted appointment was super complied and vote with chimney sweep ran smoothly. Costs were also absolutely in order. Great is the emergency number, if there is need for a man, or at the heating, then there is a businessman.

Without exception, we have had bad experiences with Heizungsbau Kaufmann.
Appointments were not kept - either nobody came or only with a delay of 1-2 hours.
If someone came, the employees were annoyed and asked about errors, we only got snappy and unfriendly answers.
Offers came very late (and only after repeated reminders) or not at all ..
Ms. Kaufmann, with whom we were in contact by phone about making an appointment, puts the crown on the whole - I've never met anyone who reacts so insolently to criticism.
Customer service seems to be a foreign word here.
