I reported the malfunction several times, after installing a new system the pipes vibrated loudly during the night .. the installer kept inspecting the system and found nothing. The system's guarantee period had not yet expired. After my XXth call, the head of the company was disturbed and annoyed by me. All I had left was to hire a lawyer to get the company to finally do the job .. Then it suddenly happened, the boss and foreman, the two of them finally found what the fault was from and fixed it .. when I hired the company to maintain the system, I was called brazen by the boss. Conclusion - Totally irrelevant, instead of dealing with the problem and doing the job properly, you accuse the customer .. the problem of the customer service providers do not guarantee success for the work done (regulated by law), so they don't care whether the system is running or not .. You get orders and we get invoices
