Today a big pretzel for 3 !!!! Bought euros. Unfortunately the quality was not good. Rather rock hard and dry the part. It's a shame about the raw materials. Besides, the lady at the counter wasn't exactly friendly. Better go somewhere else for my baked goods!

I am someone who does not jump to conclusions, everyone has a bad day or something like that. But the same again after the third visit. The lady at the counter is super unfriendly, questions are very annoyed and answered sloppily. The quality is quite O.K. but it's no fun when treated rude. I didn't get a greeting all 3 times either, so it was my last visit. It's a shame, I think everything has to be right at a bakery, because the atmosphere also plays a major role. Especially in this day and age where you can get your rolls in the discounter around the corner.
