I wanted to stay local. In the town. But the Sparkasse is simply not acceptable. Very impolite. Just rude staff. Except for the gentleman at the till. That was fine.

If you go there in person, they are nice, but very rude on the phone, I recently had a big problem, I can no longer access online banking, whether I want to have the S Push Tan Abb, unfortunately it doesn't work then I called at Sparkasse that they would help me the lady was not ready to really listen to me either, she came across as very cheeky, just said the SMS Tan is no longer there I have to access the PC because I wanted to ask something because she said very rude let me finish, then the call was over because I don't have a PC, I had to go to my best friend, but we couldn't get any further because I got the tan number, so I called Sparkasse again, and there was another lady on it. Nice and helpful, and tried to help me for almost an hour, she said the SMS Tan is still there, ??????? but we still didn't get it, I don't know what to do and I have to rely on online banking, maybe someone knows about Tan Chip and if so, it works better.
