In my opinion, it is very rude in these times to increase the fees. For what? To finance your renovation? Germany is lowering VAT, aid packages worth billions are being built out of the ground to relieve the people, but you are increasing your fees. Class!

The service here is a disaster. Requesting a callback would never be considered. For years it has seemed as if you have no desire for customers.

Great bank. Rarely experienced such a customer- and solution-oriented service. If you have a need for discussion, this is also short term. The consultants are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely to be recommended!

The staff with whom I had to do so far, were unfortunately very bad mood and therefore probably rude. Unfortunately, service leaves more to be desired. The employees there do not know their own processes. So I always had to submit the same things and confirm. As this has happened to me all too often now, I will change the bank now and invest the money for the account maintenance fees in a bank that offers a better and, above all, friendlier service.
