Strange business behavior. The original purpose of savings banks is the handling of money. Here I was to withdraw money today and wanted to exchange this money for larger bills at the counter. First of all, I started a coffee party. It's nice when you can work so relaxed. But changing money, I remember the main purpose of savings banks, is only possible in a small time window in the afternoon. The long opening hours at lunchtime are positive, which is good for the bored employees. But why can't you change money? Something is going in the wrong direction here. Savings banks in general, including mine in Schalksmühle, are becoming more and more unfriendly to customers. Should you think about it on the upper floors, maybe over a coffee shop.

Formerly very good now unfortunately absolutely bad you will be forwarded to a bank call center if none of the advisors is available again, which is almost always the case. Unfortunately, a lot of great consultants are no longer there, too bad.

You do not have to understand everything. But the last incident makes me mad. A letter from 04.09.2019 reaches me only on 06.09.2019 !!!!! And the post came only 13- 14 clock. The weekend has ended.
