Impossible!! First it means you can not give your change at the moment except for business customers and if you call, it suddenly works again .. The employee was just lazy and didn't feel like bothering with it .. Outrageous.

Great branch after the renovation. Get top advice from Ms. Watzke, who takes time for the customers even after the contract has been signed.

A great branch. You get help immediately if something happens. Always friendly, very competent staff you take time for you. It's a shame that Mr. Schäfer is no longer active there.

The Sparkasse employees often ask what I plan to do with the money if I want to make a large debit !? Seems like they won't pay me my money if there isn't a plausible explanation. Strangely, this also happened to two of my colleagues. I don't think that's normal!
