Mega crossfit box.
Great dynamics with every training.
You will always be motivated to get out of your comfort zone. And if certain exercises are not possible due to limitations or injuries, one of the coaches always gives an alternative immediately.
CrossFit mit Schmackes is a really great place with nice people, strenuous workouts and great events. It's just great fun to train here.

One of the best!! I finally found my sport. Everything is right, the equipment, the trainers, the motivation. Even after a hard day's work, I find the motivation to go there. I always have sore muscles, but it's really extremely cool. And the best at the end I can bring my dogs grandma, who then also watches us fully motivated while sweating.
And I recommend a trial training session with Janince to anyone new or interested. Her friendly and personable manner and smile is contagious and she explains everything and really answers every question.
