Not recommendable. Whoever signs a contract here should read the fine print carefully. The usual right to withdraw from the contract for 14 days is skilfully bypassed and completely ignored and there is even a lawyer who does this and threatens to go to court. So read everything carefully beforehand. Thumbs down very far.
Since August 2017 I train with body shapes Sprockhövel. My muscles have become firmer, my balance has improved. A super-nice team makes it easy for me with his competence and cheerfulness, to motivate me for the weekly 20-minute unit. Little time, noticeable success and fun - what more could you ask for? :-)
I've been there for 3.5 months. It's so much fun. My initial skepticism quickly evaporated to my liking. Very nice team, you immediately feel in good hands. All training steps are well explained. I look forward to every week. Keep it up.

Super nice team. As an absolute sports muffle, I feel very comfortable there, the trainers are very nice and competent! It's even fun :-)
