I can only leave one more than positive review. On Wednesday evening I contacted Reiner Thorsten by phone and asked for help with our shower, which no longer built up water pressure. The very next day he came by, looked at the problem and gave me some tips and explained to me what the problem was. Then he looked at our heating system, which also causes problems in the meantime, and set it differently. He was on site for about half an hour, was very nice, tried hard and made a competent and professional impression. In the end, he didn't even want to charge me for this. He said that he had now helped and that was okay. I was amazed and just grateful for the quick help. This is something you rarely experience, so it was important to me to write at least a top rating for him. I definitely know who to call in the future if there is a problem and whom I can warmly recommend to family, friends and acquaintances! Regards :)
