Reviews
In advance the fitter did a good job. Clean, competent and reliable.
Unfortunately I had massive problems with let's call him a customer advisor. It was about a small renovation the fitter was there 2 times for 2-3 hours. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost 4 months for the second appointment. Then there were inconsistencies in the invoice, as a component was not available as I wanted it to be, so I decided on the cheaper option. After consultation, I was assured that the invoice would be adjusted, unfortunately this did not happen. Instead of a new invoice, I received a reminder because after the first appointment I only made a partial payment. The customer advisor was denied on the phone. When I finally reached him, I was attacked and insulted.
It's a shame that someone like that has customer contact.
Very professional and detailed advice, and all super friendly. Fitter appeared on time and did a great job. Very customer-friendly, and even if there are problems, a solution is usually always found. Great respect also to the emergency service, who even come out in the evening. Often people also try to solve the problem over the phone. The employees could use new tools, but work 1a is carried out. There is currently nothing I can fault and will continue to go to this company. I recently had Mr. Seifert with me, to really recommend him, he was in a good mood, friendly, and I was able to answer any question. But all the other employees who have been with me so far were just as competent and, in my opinion, also well trained. We recommend! Gladly again! :)
Attention! Please make sure to obtain a binding offer beforehand! The flow and return pipes of a radiator should be lengthened by approx. 10 cm due to the new drywall system and the radiator brackets realigned accordingly. Not more.
I was there myself and can say that I have basic knowledge of the work being carried out (construction coordinator in the commercial sector).
A friendly middle-aged journeyman came with a friendly young trainee. So far so good.
I showed briefly on site what should be done and let the experts do it, I devoted myself to other tasks for a short time ...
After about an hour and a half I thought I could have a look again, because the work would have to be finished slowly ... well, when I went to look, nothing was done, except that the caps of the old pipe were removed and out of the system some pressure was released.
I was amazed and asked if there were any problems and everything was okay. Then I was replied that everything was okay. The journeyman then rummaged around in his car looking for parts (pressed items).
I purposely stayed in the area more often and asked regularly (every hour) whether everything was okay and was amazed at the casual way of working. The journeyman calmly explained the craft to the trainee and demonstrated things theoretically, which the trainee then practically imitated. The journeyman partially corrected the trainee's handling. There was a lot of smoking on a regular basis and there was still a trip to the wholesaler in between. A total of 5 hours passed!
Ultimately, I was given an hourly ticket for 1 journeyman for 5.5 hours. and 1 helper of 5.5 hours submitted. I was told that the arrival and departure with 0.5 hours. is included.
I made a short comment on this and said, in essence, that I would talk to the boss about it again. When I signed the time sheet, I thought to myself, well, it's true that the people were there that time, but the boss won't charge me for the entire time of the apprenticeship training as well as the majority of the time spent by the journeyman. Well, on the phone I caught Mr. Not Schönebeck. Then came the bill. Everything was billed completely. A total of about 700 € (including VAT) !!! Most of this, of course, was the wages of the journeyman and the "helper".
Now I wanted to talk to Mr. Schönebeck talked about this bill and asked for a call back every time. I wanted to ask him whether he thinks it is fair that the trainee is billed for the full program as a helper, although this rather contributed to the fact that everything only took longer. I am convinced that working without an apprentice - only a journeyman - at max. 2.5 hours would have been done.
I have nothing against training, no, I even endorse it and sit on the examination board on a voluntary basis - only, as a customer, I am not allowed to be billed for the higher time spent due to teaching measures.
Unfortunately, I never received a call back and was told that Mr. Schönebeck will also no longer contact me because he sees no basis for discussion. In my opinion, a very unfriendly, disrespectful, arrogant and not customer-oriented behavior.
Now the matter is going its way differently and is still being clarified (I will update the rating here accordingly, if something moves).
I beg you, don't make the same mistake as me. Get a binding offer beforehand or go straight to someone else!
Update 09/22/2020: An agreement was reached with the help of the Chamber of Crafts.
The request for payment has been reduced by the Schönebeck company so to speak that the helper hours are no longer 5.5 hours but only 1.2 hours. cheat.
Still not satisfactory for me, but another instance is not worth it.
Lt. Cover letter saw Mr. Schönebeck no reason to reduce, this was pure "goodwill".
Now 2 stars instead of 1.
Rude, unprofessional!
I am very dissatisfied with the services provided by the company!
Mr. Schönebeck was incompetent and cheeky !! For the first time in my life I met such a rude service provider.
I had water damage in the bathroom. My insurance company was supposed to cover the costs for it but gave us a tip that we should lay the new water pipe ourselves.
We have the craftsmen from the Schönebeck company, who have received an order for more than 10,000 euros from the insurance company, how much the new water pipe will cost from his experience? You said: around 800 euros. That has been confirmed. Schönebeck company in the offer for the insurance also stated the sum of around 800 euros.
Then Mr. Schönebeck comes, that's how he introduced himself, I'm not sure about the first name. And I don't want to offend the whole Schönebeck family in any way because of his behavior.
Mr. Schönebeck did not know that we had seen his offer for the insurance. We ask him: how much will the new water pipe cost us? Around 800 euros? He answers: No, no, 3500 euros !!!!
Then we pointed out to him what he stated in the offer for the insurance. We were very friendly with him! He got so mad all of a sudden !!! He just ran away without saying anything and slammed our door very, very loudly.
Mr. Schönebeck, if you're reading this, you'd better do something like that on your doorstep !!!
We wished him a nice evening!
After 3 days we hired another company. The new water pipe cost us 500 euros! 7 times less than at Schönebeck !!!! Installer did everything within 4 hours !!! Although Schönebeck has given 2 weeks time for it !!!
This is just cheek !!
Our neighbors with the water damage have also canceled the order from the Schönebeck company.
P. S. Although the plumber from Schönebeck, who dealt with the water damage at the very beginning, was very polite and nice.
I would not recommend Schönebeck to anyone !!!!
From A-Z everything is very good
