We asked Hiby about the annual maintenance of our heating system 5 years ago. It was dismissed because "Wolf devices could not be used". So we looked for another heating engineer.
Now it was about the maintenance of the ventilation system, as our heating engineer does not support the maintenance of this system. This time it was said: "We have nothing free. Can't you ask who else?" When we asked again, as we couldn't find anyone else for this maintenance, they reluctantly looked for a solution. "We'll get in touch with you tomorrow" Unfortunately, no response until today (1 week).
The impression that you don't seem to need a new customer has solidified. We are very disappointed
We have been trusting Hiby since the opening of our practice 24 years ago and we are still very satisfied! Problems are solved quickly, the service is great and the price-performance ratio is right. Also privately we use the service and also here everything was impeccable - we can only recommend!
INCOMPREHENSIBLE! Technicians put one, the bills are sometimes 100 euros too high (and then after complaining suddenly 100 euros down corrected). For the water refills no technician comes out ("not worth it") and the lady who goes to the phone, just likes to put up in the middle of conversation, if after 6 hours times nice ask when a technician comes ("I have also to do better "). Everything, but DO NOT BLOOD HIBY !!!!
