Usually only a short waiting time, good offers that you can use to receive necessary prescriptions even without personal presence (e.g.), or clarify minor problems in advance in the video consultation. Right now I definitely welcome such offers. All employees, doctors and assistants, are friendly, courteous and helpful.

If you are complaining about making appointments, accessibility or support, please experience the location in the vicinity, the city of Kassel, Schleswig Holstein or in southern Hesse. Finding a doctor there who does not reject you because of overwork has to do with luck. I thank you for years of perfect support. I know all the doctors treating them and can write with a clear conscience that they are humanly and professionally flawlessly recommended. The entire team is also impeccable. Appointments are also made at short notice. If you have to wait twenty minutes, you should still be grateful. But you only know that when you have got to know other circumstances.
