The team is super organized, helpful and understanding. I feel very well looked after there. The waiting times are sometimes a bit long, but manageable.

But you usually spend 2 hours in the waiting room and maybe 5 minutes in the examination.
You should install a system so that you can reduce the waiting time

I like the practice very much, especially the work of the women on the registration and telephone is wonderful, the atmosphere in the team seems to be good.
Unfortunately, I had to leave the practice as a patient. One of the reasons for this was the strikingly fluctuating daily form of Dr. Wetzel go hand in hand with upsets. He doesn't listen properly, doesn't let you finish, doesn't take time and pays off. Doesn't make you feel good as a patient, wants to finish as quickly as possible and then makes wild diagnoses in the room without knowing any further background or having asked. The competence was not ascertainable, too bad.
