My husband had called about my mother's heating failure. In the evening I was there at 5:30 p.m. and worked with replacement parts until 9:30 p.m., despite the busy schedule. Not to forget the lady on the phone, very competent and extremely friendly 👍 👍👍👍👍

We had contacted the company from Hamburg about a heating failure of our 88-year-old mother and mother-in-law, who had already stayed in the house in Fuldabrück for 2 days without heating. After 5 p.m. another fitter came and had repaired the heating by 9.30 p.m. including procurement of spare parts. Even though they are full of appointments and hardly have any time. We say thank you and give it 5 stars.

Very helpful and competent, unfortunately currently sometimes with deadline problems (because of the high load)
