I could write long texts here about why I am giving such a negative rating about this branch, but I will be brief: Mainly incompetent employees who give a poor picture, especially in the areas of customer service, problem solving and communication. Just a laugh number, especially in the area of ​​electronic banking. Since this branch now also represents the Sparkasse as a financial institution as a whole or presents no other account there for me.

The name Sparkasse would have to be changed to "Kasseler Fee Bank". The Sparkasse is not for poor people. It is becoming more and more expensive. I hardly ever use the account and should pay € 5.50 for it. This is really outrageous. I hope that more and more people will leave the Sparkasse.

Handing one star already hurts me. The employees are incompetent, do not stick to appointments and even then do not even say goodbye. I submitted a business plan and sales, but after a month, my loan was declined. How can you spend a month? Besides, the leader has become very aggressive towards me.
