I made several emails and calls to contact the manager. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with my valuable dress. I hope that the manager can finally answer me and stand by his word, at least to reimburse me the cleaning costs.

I think the tailor is very nice. They do their job super. I am myself almost a year of their customer and was always satisfied.

A coat handed over because the sleeves are too long .. should be ready on Friday .. was there. Did the dark-haired lady say: it's not finished yet! , Today then on Saturday picked up the coat .. as well as before .. on my demand, she said that she can no longer cut !! In addition, I must find a defect that was not there before !!! Save yourself money and trouble and please go somewhere else! The 20 euro can keep that out of me!
