Recently it is only open until 2 p.m. instead of 6 p.m., but the sign does not say since when and how long it will continue to work. I think it's great because I have to work before 2 p.m. and have now gone there for the third time for free. Now I have to go there on Saturdays. Is it too much to ask for reliable opening times? Well, I'll never bring anything back here, I'm not sure when it can be picked up again.

We have been bringing our lab coats there for a number of years, as they are washed there according to the RKI standard. They are always washed perfectly and on time, a button has never been missing, nothing has been lost. The service is friendly and accommodating, we are satisfied!

For one thing, the prices are rather high compared to other cleaning companies. On the other hand, after cleaning my jacket two buttons were broken. The staff said this could happen and was my problem. In the terms and conditions you will be advised as a customer yes. I should have read this before. Soon I can go to another cleaning. Customer orientation looks different to me. Definitely not recommended!

Competent and friendly here is no indication. I wanted to submit two packages, one was a QR code, the other was not. By mail, however, I was informed that the PaketShop operator could simply print a label. I pointed this out, but I was told very badly that this would not happen. I can fill in something manually and then accept the amount myself. I then asked dear, because around the corner is a copy shop, if I can leave the package for 5 minutes, because it is hard. But that would not be the case, after all, she would have to leave work in 19 minutes and not the morning shift tomorrow. So I'm off with cardboard again, have printed out the label at the friendly copy shop and even got tape. Back again, I was again unkindly declared that she can not read the transmission number again. She gave me the old receipt she was scribbling on. On my farewell: "Thanks again and a nice evening after work." Just came in: "Hm." Very business-damaging. I'm not going there any more and will not recommend it.
