There is very kind and friendly personal. Dr. Grosch and his colleagues show enough patience, even when Patients should be done hard surgery. As my German is not native, Dr. Grosch talked with me in English during whole medical treatment in each time. His English is well. For the reasons which are mentioned above, I think this Dentist is Highly Recommended for both children and adults :)

The practice itself works quite professionally, but as a private patient you should be careful. As soon as the insurance company asks questions about treatment, the practice lacks foresight. We left the practice as a customer.

Since I was new in town, I looked for a new dentist and ended up with this practice. All employees and the dentist himself were very friendly. When I dropped out a small filling, I was made an offer for a completely overpriced new filling. As an alternative, I was offered a filling that was cheaper but not of the highest quality in terms of the procedure (which my later dentist told me that it was just more or less a botch). Of course, since I was inexperienced and alone, I had the more expensive filling made for fear that the cheaper filling would not hold up again, which I was told. This was disproportionately extensive and did not even last a year until I started to have pain again, obviously a mistake was made. Since I no longer lived there, I went to a local dentist who gave me the filling for a TENTH of what I got from Dr. Had paid Grosch renewed. I am not sure whether this is necessarily going to be for the benefit of the patient, but make up your own mind.
