Part of the delivered goods does not correspond to the order and was therefore useless for us. This was due to inadequate advice, an employee of the company Stengel our exact dimensions of the construction project have been communicated! Complaint is not taken seriously, unfriendly behavior on the phone! It is offered an outrageous return of the defective goods. We should pay 50% of the purchase price and the company Stengel takes back the faulty goods! The company is still aware of no guilt - no willingness to compromise! After our telephone call, the invoice was also immediately reminded!
