An absolute disaster to buy something at this store, no recommendation !!! Products are offered which are not even available for sale afterwards. Specialist trade ??? What am I actually asking myself for! More like a juice shop .... One looks in vain for the so-called departmental advisors. I had to wait over 2 years for my defective goods to be exchanged. In addition, no agreements between colleagues, because suddenly nobody knew anything about it! One looks in vain for good customer service or support, it doesn't really exist, so to speak.

Very good starting point when it comes to building a house. The prices are really good and fair for some items, while others have better alternatives. But that's always the case. What we liked very much is the really competent advice. Nothing is gossiped on either. I can recommend it.

Had with my purchase the feeling, I would have disturbed someone in his peace. Consulting took place only after I had actively approached a coworker, if he can help me. Otherwise, I was satisfied, but overall it could be better.

Very competent advice and always very friendly, huge selection of building materials or everything you need to build a house, even with the return of unneeded building materials very uncomplicated.
