You can read a lot about the EMS training on the Internet. (Pros and cons). I personally train with it successfully for 3 years and missed it very much during the lock-down corona phase. I also do strength training, swimming and mountain biking. I don't want to write about that here, but about the team of the Bodystreets Coburg. Thank you for the personal / human cooperation and competent training with you. I don't want to miss my training and I hope I will keep you for many more years.
